Hi, John. I'm guessing you shoot this lens on a Sony body? I'm curious as to the hit rate for eye-AF on the iris of the subject's eye at headshot distances when shooting at f/1.8 with this lens. My SL3 focuses on the eyebrows and eyelashes over the iris about half the time in low contrast light, so I'm forced to manually move the focus point and turn off eye-AF. My S5IIX and Zf had the same issue, although not quite as bad. My old Canon R5 was over 95% hit rate on the iris with the RF primes, but they don't offer this lens in RF mount obviously, so Sony would be my only other option.
