To combine both Denoise and Super Rez in LR;
Process your raw file in PR with Denoise 1st to create a DNG
Open the DNG file in PS
Save as a tif
Import the tif into LR (or it should automatically import)
Apply Photo > Enhance : Super Resolution to create a new DNG
Can't help with DXO but with Topaz it installs plugins to LR as well as a stand alone program. After your edits in LR you select Edit In: and the Topaz options are available. It asks if you want to open a copy with LR edits includes (yes) then after your Topaz edits you can export back into LR.
