It's interesting that Canon's full year bottom-line profit increased by ¥15.7 Billion, while Nikon's corporate profits declined by almost the same amount (¥15.2 Billion) during the same period. If I was still a Canon shareholder, I would sure be glad they aren't following Nikon's lead.
