FS: Final $ Drop $89 - Pentax Espio 120SW 35mm point and shoot film camera (Not Nikon or Canon or Fuji for that matter)
Item 1: Pentax Espio 120SW 35mm point and shoot film camera
I have accumulated 9 different 35mm film cameras over the last year, three are SLR's, but most are point and shoots. It is time to thin the herd so I am selling my Pentax Espio 120 SW. I purchased the camera from a camera store in Harrisburg, PA last year and I have shot several rolls thru it. The mechanics on this camera are wonderful. It is the nicest and smoothest operating point and shoot that I have. It is also very small and light. It sports the following specs:
* 28-120mm F5.6-12.8 lens, 6 elements in 5 groups
* Autofocus with focus lock, min. focus 0,5m
* Electronic shutter, 2-1/360s, 1/2s-1min bulb mode
* Size 111x59.9x41 with a metal body
* Weight 190 gr. without battery
* 25-3200 ISO, automatic DX coding
* Self-timer
* Automatic film advance
* Infinity and spot AF mode
* Self timer
* SMC Multi-coated lens
* Backlit screen and quiet operation
The camera has a panorama mode that is activated by a switch on the bottom of the body. When engaged it crops the film and the viewfinder making you commit to the crop. The in finder shutters aid in accurately framing your shots. The viewfinder is on the left side making finding it quickly so much easier than my other point and shoots.
The camera works as expected. My first roll exhibited a light leak on some of the frames that I attributed to the film door window. I've attached a picture showing a shot with the leak and another shot to show how the lens performs. I believe the rear door wasn't fully closed which allowed a gap around the window allowing the leak. The foam light seals are good in my estimation. Since that first roll and more diligence from me the light leak has not returned. However, I wanted the buyer to know that it had occurred.
The manual is available online or I can email you one in pdf form if you prefer.
I'm asking $149 for the camera but will accept reasonable offers from established members. I traded in another point and shoot when I bought this camera.
Pentax made some beautiful Espios and this is certainly one of them. The wide angle lens on this camera is one of the things that made me buy it over another 35mm focal length camera. It's just a joy to shoot.
Shipping is included and I although I prefer fee free payments I will accept regular PayPal. I will include a battery and original hand strap with the camera.

Shipping is included and I although I prefer fee free payments I will accept regular PayPal. I will include a battery and original hand strap with the camera.
FS: Pentax Espio 120SW 35mm point and shoot film camera (Not Nikon or Canon or Fuji for that matter)
It sports the following specs:
* 28-120mm F5.6-12.8 lens, 6 elements in 5 groups
* Autofocus with focus lock, min. focus 0,5m
* Electronic shutter, 2-1/360s, 1/2s-1min bulb mode
* Size 111x59.9x41
* Weight 190 gr. without battery
* 25-3200 ISO, automatic DX coding
* Self-timer
* Automatic film advance
* Infinity and spot AF mode
* Self timer
* SMC Multi-coated lens
