Just came out but I got the 24-50 and like it a lot so I have thoughts of grabbing this when im in New York next month and replace my Sigma 17mm
So now that you have the FE 24-50/2.8 G, like I did, and you are happy with it will you pull the trigger on the 16-25/2.8 G?
I probably will but I’ve been a little sidelined with some Surgery so it may wait a month or so till I Oder it. Currently it looks like it’s not in sellout mode just have. In the interim I have the Sigma 16-28/2.8 DG DN and a Sony FE 12-24/4 that I took in trade here. Really haven’t used it much if at all but I guess I should give it a try or set it up for sale.
Follow up note: I didn’t realize the FE 12-24/4.0 G only weighed 565 gram. It’s only taller due to the built in hood. So really about the same size as the FE 35/1.4 GM with hood attached.
