This bridge is about 25 minutes drive from my house. The fishing pier near the bridge is one of my favorite locations not too far from me that I like to shoot sunrise from. I think I have shot this bridge at least 20 times. There was quite a bit of confusion this morning, there were reports that some cars went down with the bridge when it collapsed. Now it appears that few minutes before the collision, the ship sent out mayday signal, the authorities were about to stop vehicles from entering the bridge, unfortunately 8 workers repairing the road surface on the bridge went down with it, 2 of them were resecured. the rest are still missing.
