Yes, that's true. But none is as cool as Pixii+
I simply like the whole philosophy of Pixii and what they are trying to do. If I wanted to just mount M lenses then there is adapter for almost any big brands none of them is Pixii.
But is Pixii rough on some edges? Yes, of course, plus it's not FF, but I support not just underdogs but also futuristic and forward-looking companies, which bring consumers with more choices and options in the long run.
