I was in Harpers Ferry, WV this Friday morning,...a fantastic place to go during the week. When I was there I was the only one besides the "erq-esque" citizens.
I entered the Provost Marshal's Office, took some images and heard some papers ruffling from another room....I went to see and saw this man at work by a kerosene light. On the right are shadows from that lamp on the walls. I converted it into B&W but found the warm glow and intimacy of a lone person being observed and photographed to good to change! Just me.
