It’s a possibility also.
On the other end Nikon has always been consistent when announcing several products together and a Z50II is totally different so I find that less likely.
Or it would have to be separate announcements several months apart which is possible too.
The Z5 never made a lot of sense to start with. I don’t think Nikon will waste resources on a II and certainly not together with a Z6III.
