A pretty common bird, I know, but they're very animated and fun to shoot. If you're willing to wait them out they'll usually give you something. This one from Baldwin Lake at the LA Arboretum. At least 3 or 4 times, a single or a couple other photographers would appear behind me as I was sitting focused on the bird just perched on the branch. They'd stay there for three or four minutes and then quickly get bored and move on. But if the bird gets comfortable enough they'll relax and go about their business. Thanks for looking !
