I’ve done a fair bit of research and the internet generally says they’re the same, except for the mount and some physical differences. Same glass and sale 8 elements on 6 groups formula.
I just ordered my Z version and will have it tomorrow to shoot on my Zf. I’m a sucker for pre-AI Nikkor lenses and am super excited to get this on my camera!
