If you are shooting wide open in bright lights a majority of the time, you could get some magnetic ND filters. The surefire solution, if you want to shoot a lot of motion at high shutter speeds would be the a9/a1 stacked sensor cameras or the a camera that has full mechanical shutter (as you note.)
