I also am a bit annoyed about the OP that he posts a question and have never reteturned. Not a very good forum etiquett if you ask me. There are ton of great and valid responses here,but,he never saw them, or thank to the responses, while things get heated, and now feels like everyone is spinning their wheels, but for what?
Also we all know where we generally stand and will less likely not change our view one way or the other, but that is all good. We all have our differences, and as far as I am concerned, diversity is really important. I just don’t think it is worth it when discussions turned into a nit pick argument to a brand war. OP’s initial so called question also looks very crafty to make sure to bring out another brand war. It may not have been the intent, but from his posting history and now this, it really makes me wonder whether he really cares about getting a ZF or, he just wanted to start a fire.

Not ergo, not AE, not about compatibility or easy menu system, or good cheap zoom lens, no. It is about AF, for what, family/ travel? Wow, that would not be my one question to ask. Very crafty, don’t you all think ? I am usually not this sarcastic, and I will be happy to change my view if OP shows and prove me wrong.
