Re: Leica M/X/T/S/Q/ SL Picture Thread

Something a bit different from me today. I spent a couple of hours doing a fitness style shoot for one of my partners girlfriend. No clue about what I am doing with this type of shooting, but I said yes and gave it a whirl.

This is the first time I shot strobes with a Leica M camera. I shot everything in manual mode. The camera works well with the Godox strobes and the Godox XProS remote for Sony. I had no issues in that regard. This oshot I used oe large softbox as the key, and a strrip box on the floor pointed up at 45 degrees for fill. You can see both light sources in her eyes. This shot has very little editing.

This woman spends a lot of time in the gym as you can tell. Images like this always sends Huss into a frenzy of ab workouts. But on the way home he stops at the french bakery and picks up a chocolate cake, so they tend to cancel out.

Like I have been saying, I don't know why I say yes to these kinds of things. But I had some fun, and it was a good change up from my usual stroll on the boardwalk. I did learn some things as well. So worth it in the end.

We did a number of different outfits, locations , and lighting setups. All with my Sony kit. This is the only one where I took a few frames with the M11 just to learn more about it.

Enjoy,

Steve
