- 33mp sensor from the A7iv
- BIONZ XR chipset with new menus, touch menus etc
- AF from the A7iv + 2 years development + AI chip from A7RV + faster readout than A7RV = outstanding AF, probably the best to date
- Single SD slot - No CF Express option to keep size and costs down
- Same EVF as 6700 - slightly better 0.7x magnification than old A7C
- Same LCD as A7C - possibly the higher res screen from A7iv?
- Half shutter with EFCS
- Same IBIS as A7C, with slight improvement from algorithm updates
- New features eg. Focus breathing compensation, focus stacking
I don't think the A7CR exists, or at least not for the 29th.
OK well my guess for the A7cii was pretty good:
- Improved 0.7x EVF
- Improved A7iv LCD screen
- Much improved AF with AI
- IBIS improvement to 7 stops, unsure if this is mechanical or algorithmic
- Focus breathing compensation, no word yet on focus stacking
Happily I was wrong about the A7CR
