In Adobe Camera RAW, quickly apply the same Noise Reduction to all of the photos with the same ISO, and then use masks to apply different level of NR, Sharpening, or Softening to different areas as needed.
In Photoshop, use Topez DeNoise AI and masks to apply different level of NR, Sharpening, or Softening to different areas as needed.
