I was waiting for the Z8, hoping for 60MP, did not get it.
As I do not like video and only use manual focus lenses decided to go for a used mint Z7, primary driver is more resolution for my lenses that do not fit the DSLRs, like the mirror up fisheyes.

Bought a mint one here in FM from Mobious32 (Alan). https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1807853

Also bought a mint S2 on e-bay from a small Texas town, had wanted one badly but never expected to find a mint working one with lens, box and papers; even with a leather case. Also an EP marked one.

Accompanied by the sibling milleniun S3

Never thought I would end up with four 5cm 1,4, all perfectly clear with no dust.

Rafael,

Gorgeous S2 - congratulations.
How much time do you trawl the internet looking for these immaculate examples?
Maybe you have an AI 'bot scraping the metasphere for you?

I too was hoping for a really hi-res, non-video emphasized, Z8 and have formed the same conclusion as you so might go for a used Z7/Z7ii to up the resolution. IHaving said that a MF Fuji might also be a route forward - no thanks to George and Andy
