My Fringer NF-FX adapter finally showed up yesterday (after UPS lost it for a week) so I finally got to try my Nikon 300mm f4 PF-ED lens on the X-H2S. The background is awful in this image, but wow, is that lens ever sharp! Hopefully it retains this sharpness at longer distances - something I often found to be a problem with these lenses on the D810 and other DSLRs.
I was surprised to find that the Fringer seems to work fine with a Fuji teleconverter behind it as well - most adapters I've used with other brands don't allow this. I haven't downloaded any of the images yet, but they seem fine reviewing them in the camera.
I may have to pick up a 500mm f5.6 PF-ED now...
