I currently have two of these. I pre-ordered back in February when announced. I received my first one last week but was having issues getting it to focus about 50% of the time and it was slow when it did focus. All the reviews I saw said focus was pretty fast. So Nikon still had them in stock so I ordered another one and when it arrived I could tell there is definitely something wrong with the first lens, the second one has no problems focusing, it will focus much faster and even closer to the first one. Pretty much the same as my 50/1.2. The first one is going back, will keep the second one for sure.
