I don’t know international law enough to say if flying over at this altitude is considered violation of air space. If it is and we can’t do anything about it for a variety of reasons, what if they send a big unmanned aircraft over next time I and fly at this altitude? Remember their fighter jet rammed one of our spy planes off the Chinese coast when W was the President?
