I guess I read that wrong. No, I don't use other people's profiles, I have my own presets & adjust the tone curve and/or the RGB curves to taste.

You are using a profile whether you know it or not. Most likely it is one of the standard Adobe profiles. If you look near the top left of the Basic Section of Lightroom you can see which one that is being applied. If you click on the drop down list you will see a "Browse" option. Click on Browse and you will be presented with a list of installed profiles. In that list there will likely be one from Leica specifically for your M10-P. You may want to try that one. You will still do your standard Lightroom adjustments after the profile is applied.
