After a lot of thought and consideration, I finally swapped out my CZ 100-300 for a Canon 70-300L adapted via Metabones V. I was looking for something with OSS, weather proofing, cost effective, rich colors, and strong contrast / micro contrast. The Canon 70-300L kept passing the Flickr test while the Sony 70-300, Tamron 70-300, and Sony 70-200 f4 didn’t. I finally took the leap and a few test shots around the house may seem like I have a landscape keeper. The colors and contrast actually remind me of the CZ 100-300.
