I admit I have a 14mm, 17mm TSE, and 18-300. I use my Canon 24-70 f2.8 II the most. It is the sharpest zoom I have ever used. I have NOT used the 10-22 and probably will not at $2300 bucks.
That is over 75%% of my retirement monthly income and , althought I worked for the govt for 46 years in total...they are not giving "free money" to seniors, retirees or those worked all their life for some confortable retirement!

I have the 24-70 2.8L but curious if the Mark II are that much better.

I found a 17-40 F4L but not sure if that's wide enough for what I want...
Whew...yesterday was a NASCAR race!
I did not have v1. To be truthful I have never really found upgraded versions THAT much better for the cost.
Probably why I only have 2 EF quality zooms.
