I was asked to do a portrait of the Renaissance Faire Queen last weekend. This portrait is natural light, hand held because I had chosen to keep my gear light and walk around with just the Leica and a single lens. It was enough.
Not sure what it is exactly, but I really love the way the Leica camera and glass work together to give such a high quality, and unique look to such images.
My portrait of her last year along with some other images were licensed by the people who own the Fair and have become their main set of images for all their advertising and promotion. Here is a link to the home page with my last years portrait.
