That did not need to be shot at ISO 6400, so it's not the best indicator of image quality as high ISO.

Maybe you should stick to your smartphone snapshots.
It was sitting still. You probably could have run at 1/100 and had no issues with that shot. I stand by that statement, there’s too much light for that to be a true example of what ISO 6400 would deliver when it was needed.
