Just great to see back into a time he and I were part of. My parents were both Navy WWII vets. My best friend served on the USS New Jersey and was "on station" in Vietnam in the late 1960's. My other best friend and neighbor was KIA in Operation Dewey Canyon 1969 and was awarded the Navy Cross. Another small town friend was an F4 pilot over N.Vietnam. His photo is posted somewhere here.
Now. locking back, it seems a blur...! As American's we should not forget this time period!
