In the autumn before the pandemic started I spent a week shooting Colorado aspens for my first time. Wow! It’s easy to see why this spectacular season in CO draws so many photographers and tourists, and not sure why it took me so many years to make the pilgrimage. Fortunately I was able to find some out-of-the-way spots where I had total solitude while shooting, and that greatly enhances my enjoyment of beautiful areas.
