Much nearer fireworks time iirc, 60 seconds wide open. (Unfortunately the fireworks weren't due to start until the sky was black.)
The blue/red dashed lights on the river are from the flashing lights of the River Police. The boats you see are all anchored up having bought their berth in advance, the River Police going back and forth keeping the river channel clear for the RiverCat Ferries and keeping everything clear of the fireworks barge on the opposite bank.
The F-18 ? Hornet jets flying low above the river earlier was amazing too, the noise Oh the noise !!!
