For those interested, finally I published the final version of my most recent photo book on birds relationships with plants in a savannah preserve here in Brazil.
Sorry but the text is Portuguese only, however ~80% of the book is made of original photos with captions indicating equipment. Most taken by AF lenses but a good part also was shot by our venerable MF Nikkors.

Edit: I have counted the number of times MF Nikkor were used:
from a total of around 284 images in the book 102 or almost 36% were taken with Nikkor MF (horrible impossible to take shots - no VR, no AF-S, paper weight/lemonn lenses only... ).
