On my second go with the 50GM. I originally wasn’t impressed with the rendering, found it too sharp and too clinical for my taste, and sold the first copy. After getting 85DG DN, another lens I found ridiculously sharp for my taste and working my images a little differently, I really enjoyed the results. So when the 50GM went on sale, I bought to try again. I’ve been more impressed the second go around, after applying my new approach to editing.
