That is a US abbreviation for afterburner; however, "relighter" would be the vernacular used by locals at "Air Tattoo".
"Reheat" is what we usually say although afterburner is used as well. Never ever heard it called relighter.
Gee..I have that on my setting on my "airfryer" mate!
