Judging from your two posts, I appears to me you have reached analysis paralysis. This is not a negative thought, this happens when a decision is to be made that is not based on clear and concise requirements you can check off a spread sheet. You might want to go back to the beginning and right down all the requirements you expect your computer to satisfy. If you do list your requirements, don't forget to develop a budget. When you do your requirements, be sure to differentiate between "needs" and "wants". "Wants" can easily be taken off the list to meet your budget expectations. Once done, you can evaluate your existing equipment to determine what requirements are not being met. Then you can look at the Mac to see if it will meet more of your requirements than your current equipment. Basically you are trying to determine what your current equipment is not doing that you want to do. Once you have that information, people can better inform you on how a Mac can help you...or not.😀
