Olympus OM-D E-M1 MarkII + adapter + Nikkor 400mm f/5.6K ED non-IF hand held.
Parakeet: ISO 200, wide open at 1/800s. 30% cropped (6/20MP).
Flower on the ground: ISO 1250, wide open at 1/800s, 55% cropped (11/20MP).

The nectar robber: Plain Parakeet x Pseudobombax majus flower by Jose, on Flickr

Same combo as above, ISO 320, wide open at 1/800s. 35% cropped (7/20MP).

These guys don't play at work, poor plant, and I suppose the bee is not happy too
