Because otherwise it wouldn't be as competitive price wise. But if the 50S and 100 didn't have it, no one would miss it.
Maybe. My thinking is that If I can spend $6500 on a camera and $2000+ on one lens, then that $500 or so for having that tilt adapter would have any affect on me.
Now using both for a while, I can definitely say that the eye piece on GFX50s is better. EVF on GFX100s even though the same as before is more clear, maybe it is a different part inside, I don't know. Results wise, if one doesn't need faster AF, GFX50s is quite good.
But if the 50S and 100 didn't have it, no one would miss it.
