I mounted it on a M39 to Nikon F adapter and the Kipon F to Z helicoid, then took some sample photos. will get some different M42 helicoids to get full range focus with all my M39 lenses.
At 4, this lens is well made but does not have the beautiful iris shape of the 55mm 1.2 CRT or even the 105mm 5.6 EL. On the other hand it is the cheapest excellent macro lens out there 1/10 the price of the CRT.
