It’s actually about adju Sting shutter speeds in 1/3 stops for LED lighting to not get banding in your images. For stage work they moved on to LED lights as there overall better with power , heat and costs. But our issue with electronic shutters is it causes frequency banding with black lines. If you adjust the shutter to get in between the frequency. For me shooting runway type work i can use electronic shutter and save life on my camera from not using a mechnical shutter. If your doing about 40k in shots thats a big deal.
