I'd have to disagree. At least as much improvement as the A72->3 update.
Significant UI updates. The changes to the exposure comp dial (locking and programmable) and the use of a separate switch for stills/video/S&Q is a big update.
Huge buffer updates plus faster cards across the board. Both SD cards are now UHS-II and the main slot is also CFE-A.
Full touch implementation finally and all the new menu updates.
The resolution difference is clear on the only subject they showed that actually had fine detail to show a difference, the eagle. (their architecture subjects all lacked in fine textures to show detail), colour is better on the IV
Essentially Sony fixed every single complaint about the III except the FPS, the IBIS and maybe 4k60p crop (nothing in the video about that).
Note the IBIS difference is exactly what I'd expect from increasing the MP by 50% without significantly changing the IBIS system substantially. Higher MP is more demanding on stabilization.
The video was the usual low-quality Northrup content but there is useful info buried there.
