Fujifilm X-S10 + adapter + Nikkor 300mm f/4.5K ED non-IF, hand held, ISO 500, f/5.6 at 1/800s. 92% cropped (24/26MP). Unusually the nest is located over an old paving stone!

It is always breeding time over here Jose!

The color and sharpness of the lapwing is very pleasing, natural.

There is one of these 300mm 4.5 ED K lenses for sale on ebay, seller wants too much so I am bidding my time.

Rafael, I am impressed how the Fuji deliver colours and correct exposures.
I was lucky to find a Ebay seller from Japan selling this gem for the same price of the regular non ED 300/4.5!
Hope you can get this one. It is, without a doubt, a sharper lens than the 300/4.5 EDIF ai-s version, and presumibly of the regular 300/4.5 ai-ais (I do not have).

Jose, I am also impressed how the Fuji deliver colours and correct exposures.

BUT - The only brands I own are Nikon, Nikkor, Nippon Kogaku, Rayfact and Tochigi. (all Nikon)
