 Dogwood and Redbud decorating a quiet Ohio forest | |
I've enjoyed trips to many of the national parks and the grand views are always fun, but what is actually more rewarding for me is hiking along dirt roads and trails in a quiet deciduous forest scouting for a special intimate scene, and on this particular spring day in Ohio I was blessed to come across it. The dogwood and redbud blooming together with the graphical tree branches really spoke to my heart. Perhaps some of you know what I mean about the beauty of these quieter out-of-the-way places that don't have a 'Grand Canyon' view but are every bit as meaningful to you.
