I always enjoy the challenge of shooting swallows in flight. Sometimes frustrating but more often than not very rewarding when you get some nice keepers. Location is key, numbers are key, wind is key and time of day is key to help maximize one's chances of success.
The one shot I haven't got yet is the bug pickup coming towards me. I've seen it happen dozens of times but never had the camera aimed at that particular swallow when it does happen.....one day....
