Arrived at one our local haunts early this morning only to find this majestic Bald Eagle in a tree beside the road just as the sun was cresting the horizon!
The 2X extender was on the a9, so left it on and got out of the vehicle and shot (hand-held) as I approached, getting closer and closer.
