Two more images here; one of a bird or peregrine falcon to be exact and the other is a non-bird  , while waiting for some falcon actions. I programmed in C4 on my camera to toggle through the Eye-AF options: Human, Bird and Animal. FYI, I do a fair amount of portraits/people photography. So, that setting makes my life easier. Yes, that of the squirrel was captured using the Animal setting and it picked the eye up right away.
My first outing with the G 200-600mm lens for wildlife and it performed splendidly this morning. I used that lens last night to capture the skyline of Downtown LA yesterday evening but there was not much an AF evaluation of that lens on this body.
