I guess its a matter of perspective or perhaps law recency cause I've had the opposite experience; and I've ordered a few things from them online over the last 6 months.
BTW, I've have been shopping with them (B&H) since 2001 - both in in-store and online. My consistency has been far more positive. And the only issue I ever had with them was in in-store issue, which management quickly took care of.
Anyway, you have your feelings so do what you gotta do.
