That's why we insulate the water mains and if it get to cold we can switch the water off (not recommended by the way).
And those clowns want to get rid of natural gas and go all electric hey even the electric has to come from somewhere.

We had minus 10 C (14F) this weekend with ice skating etc and now it's +10 C (50F) and for the weekend they say it's get's to +16 (61F) so go figure
So get your hat and mittens and keep warm..
