Might be something to ask on one of those Sony Q&A sessions with a Sony rep.

Found another brand of CFExpress B cards that list power consumption, this time from Angelbird for their 1000 MB/sec sustained cards:

POWER USAGE Sleep: <50 mW
Idle: 0.45 W
Max: 2.40 W

It doesn't give much specifics like Delkin does but that 2.40 W max power is not bad if it is true and for their 1 TB or 2 TB capacity cards. That idle and sleep power seems terrible, though.
