My best guess is no. Instead it will only shoot 20FPS even if your dial is on H+. On the A9/A9II if you are in Uncompressed it just shoots at the slower FPS (12 or 14...can't recall which as I've never used it) if the dial is on H (20FPS).
Probably fastest way will be to either set a My Menu item for changing the RAW type. Or possibly make use of the M1,2,3 settings which would mean switching to a different M mode. Although I also never use M modes so not sure how they work, which settings they retain/don't retain.
