Image of Children's Pool here in La Jolla. Originally it was designed as a calm beach that children could safely swim in. It has since been taken over by the local seals and is now off limits to humans. Every evening the seals come to spend the night on the protected sand beach.
Walking by yesterday evening near sunset I decided to make an image of this soft and peaceful scene to the North West rather than shoot the flame vivid sunset to the South West. I am happy I did.
This is a two frame panorama stitched together and processed in Lightroom.
