I have had a camera in my hands since late grade school, but never had any intention of going pro with it. When we came to Texas in the late 70's it was to continue and already decade long career marketing with Caterpillar Tractor. After a year here it was clear that it was going to be very difficult to work amongst the family gun battle that was in full swing so I decided and the Good Lord told me to pick up my camera and strike out into the world of commercial photography. I felt like that would be a pretty impossible jump, but "Impossible" is what He specializes in and He has reminded me of that many times over the last four decades.....actually as recently as this morning.
