Dunified

So I just returned from my quick (over the weekend) trip to Death Valley National Park. I love the place, it has just so much to explore and shoot. This time I was exclusively after sand dunes. The weather/temp was great so I decided to hit the west part of the park and hike all over the remote area that (almost) no one goes to, and 4 x 4 is required to get to. The hike on dunes themselves was a bit brutal because walking on a soft sandy terrain isn't easy. But, I'm in a decent shape so I decided to go all the way to the end, where there are no more dunes, and hike back towards the parking area (round trip about 4.5 miles).
I've got awesome weather with nice clouds, but what's more important, I've got a bit of a rain there. The moisture caused dunes to develop those amazing shades and patters all over the sand, which normally is whitish. I spend several hours walking up and down the dunes, and shoot waves or close ups of patters exclusively with my new Nikon Z 70-200mm f/2.8 S lens.
After about a blue hour time and hiked back to my car.
Thanks for looking...
