Its odd to me that the variation is so high. People like me... have very lock-ups in a few thousands frames, while others are dealing with it nearly each time they use it. Odd.
The only thing I'll add is, when I shoot, pretty much all of the settings I have on the camera stay pretty much where they are with the exception of ISO, AV, TV. I just don't move stuff around very often. The one time I tried new stuff for the sake of trying new stuff, it freezes. So after that... I just set it and forget it, for the most part.
